One of our favorite day trips was a visit to The Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens in San Marino. The property covers more than 120 acres and features a variety of beautiful themed gardens that can easily keep you exploring for hours. We especially enjoyed wandering through the Japanese and Chinese gardens, while the Desert Garden impressed us with its incredible collection of cacti and succulents from around the world. |

Beyond the gardens, The Huntington is home to a world-class library and art museum filled with rare books, historical documents, and remarkable works of art. The entire estate is meticulously maintained, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to spend the day.
