click photo to enlarge	The Hotel Castañeda has some of the rooms available, but just like Allan did in Winslow, as the rooms are renovated, then they become available to guests. The Castañeda is a beautiful old railroad  hotel. Our guide, Kathy from Southwest Detours, did a fantastic job showing us around UWC-Montezuma Castle and The Hotel Castañeda. Not only is it all about preserving history for Allan but he also makes sure the restaurants in his hotels have incredible food.
click photo to enlarge	Like La Posada in Winslow, both the Plaza hotel where we stayed, and Hotel Castañeda are beautiful old buildings with incredible history. Las Vegas New Mexico was a very interesting city to visit and I know we will go back to see it again in the summer.
