Swiss Fair

 


click photo to enlarge		 The Swiss Fair is an annual event held at Swiss Park in Whittier, CA.  They have food and events, Alphorns, accordions and of course yodeling. Swiss Park, Inc. was established by five societies: Swiss Helvetia, Swiss Ladies Society, Suisse Romande, Swiss Athletic Society and Swiss Singing Society, “Harmonic” with initial “seed” money.

click photo to enlarge		 Swiss Fair is located on 2.5 acres in Whittier on Workman road. The music group below even flew in from Switzerland to play at this event. The cheese and the sausages were of course excellent.
