Palm Springs Art Museum

Every picture on this page was taken with an iPhone. So not my usual quality
but not bad for a phone.
If you are a customer of Bank of America they have a program where the first
weekend of the month there are a number of museums you can get in for free. In
2014 I have been scheduling one each month. We had been to the Palm Springs art
museum in 2006. That year we went to see the Follies and also took in the art
museum. When we drive that far for something I try to schedule a few places. |

The two statues to the left were in a different location last time. They
look so real it is amazing. The art museum if first class and it changed a
lot from the last time we were there 8 years ago. Wow 8 years.. my how time
flies. Hmm maybe I shouldn't wait so long to go again. I always find a nice
place to eat in Palm Springs too. In 2006 we ate at the cafe in the Art
Museum and it was very good. |

When you come around the corner and see this naked woman lying there you
sure do a double take. Like the two tourists sitting on the bench she looks
incredibly real. We also stopped at the Cabazon Dinosaurs, another favorite
stop for pictures. |
