We volunteer at the Route 66 museum in Barstow and always send people to this museum in Victorville but had not been there ourselves in about 4 years. So, here we are. They really have done a nice job and the displays have changed quite a bit since we were last there. Click here for their web site. |

Tear drop trailers are the retro thing these days and they have one on display. It is not an old one but rather a new one a local man built. Really did a great job on it too. It was built from old plans but he used new materials. |

There is all kinds of memorabilia from times gone by. There is a wonderful display on local legend Miles Mahan's Hula Ville. Miles, a retired carnival worker, entertained Route 66 travelers for decades on his 2-1/2 acres in the upper desert on Route 66. |
