I have a friend a the gym who races. One day he we telling me about his car
and how nobody has been able to take a good picture of it where the flames
show up. So I asked him when was the next time he would be racing. Well David
here are the flames<grin>. |

The track is the Auto Club Speedway at California Speedway in Fontana. He
races the 10.90 bracket. While I typically don't go to the drag races except
to watch the Nitro burning cars anymore I did have fun shooting the cars
here because I could get close. |

I was able to get my friend some very nice shots of his car and I put
together a slide show for him which he and his wife loved. Of course they
also had some sixties muscle cars racing in this bracket. |
