Scenic 17 Mile Drive
click photo to enlarge	The first few photos here were taken at Asilomar Sate Beach and along Ocean View Drive. It was near sunset and cars and people were showing up by the droves taking pictures of a rather boring sunset. I turned and looked the other way and saw the light falling on the rocks making for some dramatic views and pictures.
click photo to enlarge	Using a long exposure gives the water this soft effect and the warm light from the setting sun was great.

click photo to enlarge	The Scenic 17 Mile Drive is part of the Pebble Beach Resorts. To keep the number of cars down they charge you $8.75 to drive through. There are many scenic spots to stop and enjoy the coast line.

click photo to enlarge	This is the famous Lone Cypress Tree. One of the most photographed views along the 17 mile drive. We were lucky enough to be there as the setting sun cast some great colors on the landscape.
