March 17th snow storm in Mountains

We have had a very dry winter so there has been very little snow in the mountains. On Sunday March 17th it rained all day and the mountains were shrouded in clouds. On my way to work Monday morning the mountains had cleared and left these beautiful views. After a rain it cleans the air of smog and pollution and we get to see a bright blue sky. It's not often we get to see the mountains so clearly.
When I got to work I called Karen and asked her to take these pictures. By the time I came home almost all of the snow in the mountains was gone. At the house it was 70 degrees. We are at an elevation of about 1800 feet. On this particular storm the snow came down to about 3500 ft..
